Ready to sell your home?


Curbside Appeal – The cleaner the front of the house the better! Usually keeping lawn maintenance up and power washing will do the trick.


Deep Clean / Carpets Cleaned – Having the home deep cleaned before listing your home is always a great idea. Especially if you have pets.


Inviting Scents –  Every home has its own scent. We tend to not smell our own home. It’s always a great idea to add something like a glade plug in or a diffuser to freshen the smell of a home.


Staging – The more a customer can see themselves living in the house the better. Taking personal photos and memorabilia down can help with this. The more neutral, the more likely that MOST buyers can see the potential. It’s best to not have decorations that would date photos.


Declutter  – It’s wonderful to see a home with furniture. Less is more though! Within reason. This could be as simple as taking some winter clothes out of your closet or moving a few items off the kitchen counter into the pantry.


Maintenance Repairs – Take care of any repairs that you can and are willing to.

Most likely, your home will be sold “as-is.” However, the better shape a home is in, the more appealing it will be.


Open all windows and blinds – This allows all of the light in and makes the home feel more warm and inviting.
