Sunspot Realty will register your property as is required by state and local authorities within our group license. We prepare and remit all sales tax individually for each property.

Check ins are greeted at our office and handed keys. They are not given a key code sent in an email in exchange for a credit card number. We always have face to face contact with our tenants for their assurance and for the safety of our owners and their property.

    • Sunspot Realty knows how difficult it is for an absentee owner to maintain their property. We pride ourselves in our knowledge of construction and building maintenance. We have strong relationships and contract with the most reputable and responsive contractors in our area. We also have an in-house handyman that takes care of most minor repairs at reasonable prices. We use our group buying power whenever possible to save you money. We will periodically inspect your property and inform you of any needed maintenance to maintain the quality of your property.
  • Quality housekeeping

    • Sunspot Realty provides quality housekeeping services to both our tenants and our owners. We require an annual deep clean and offer our owners reasonable cleaning fees so that your time at your beach home doesn’t end with a mop and bucket! Two sets of linens are required for each unit as linens are laundered off site. We purchase linens competitively and maintain their quality as needed by replacing pieces that have become worn or damaged.

    • Sunspot Realty is committed to strategically market your property. We constantly stay up to date with the latest online features and we are happy to have a new website. Our website includes a user-friendly booking engine so that tenants can book their favorite property 24/7 from their desktop or mobile device. We always contact and qualify each booking to maintain our family only requirement for all properties. Our website is constantly monitored and optimized. Our social media presence is growing and our Sunspot Blog and All Things PCB sections of our website give added value to those looking on sunspotrealty.com. Sunspot Realty works closely with the Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce, Bay County Chamber of Commerce and Tourist Development Council. The value of a combined Real Estate Brokerage with Vacation Rental Management

Our Management program is offered as a service to complement our real estate sales. We are a licensed real estate brokerage. The state of Florida no longer regulates vacation rental activity. Many of the new discount management companies are not licensed or regulated. Many do not have an office location but only an internet presence. They merely exchange a credit card with a key code. While a license is no longer required, we recommend that you consider the stability that a full service real estate brokerage offers before making a management decision.
