  • What is required to reserve a vacation home?

    Reservation deposit is one half of the rental rate with the balance including fees and taxes due at or before check-in. Personal checks must be received 21 days prior to check-in. Cash, cashier's checks, and credit cards are accepted at check-in. Use of credit cards will be subject to a transaction processing fee.

    Reservations are accepted from family groups only. Attempts to circumvent this policy will result in forfeiture of all payments made and eviction from the property. Should you have any doubt if your group meets the family only policy, please contact the office for clarification prior to booking.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Upon confirmation of receipt of your reservation deposit, refunds will not be given unless we can rebook the property for the same time period and is subject to a fee of 25% of the rental rate.

  • Can I bring my pet with me on vacation?

    We have specific pet friendly homes. You can find those here.

  • Do you have a security deposit?

    A security and damage deposit must be provided in the form of a credit card voucher at check-in.

  • Can you smoke in any properties?

    Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties and will be treated as damage. Most properties have outside areas where smoking is acceptable.

  • What if there is bad weather during my vacation?

    Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather unless it becomes a mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane. Refunds will be given for the remainder of the days left in the booking.

  • What time is check in?

    Check-in is between 2:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. on the day of arrival. Please call ahead if you are going to be a late arrival to make arrangements.

  • What time is check out?

    Check out is 10:00 A.M. Please return keys to the office. A drop box at the office is provided for early departures. Property needs to be left in reasonable condition with all dishes clean and all debris and garbage placed in the outside trash cans or dumpsters. Please DO NOT strip beds.

  • Can we build a bonfire on the beach?

    Yes you can with the proper permits. You must go to the Fire Deparment to receive permit or you can hire a company that takes care of this. Endless Beach Rentals at 850-249-0552 or Paradise Rentals at 833-302-7227 are both reputable companies for this service and more.

  • Can I rent baby cribs, strollers, etc?

  • Where can I buy fresh seafood?

    The closest to Sunspot properties is Buddy’s on 79. They will steam the seafood for you or you can take it and cook it to go.
