There's a full, updated bathroom downstairs with a washer and dryer, along with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with a sleeper sofa. Enjoy cooking while watching the waves! Right outside the sliding glass door, you'll find an open patio with a path straight to the beach. Heading upstairs, you have a bright master bedroom equipped with a king-size bed, along with a private bathroom and private balcony overlooking the emerald coast. Down the hall you'll find a second bedroom with two queen-size beds and a private bathroom.

Please be advised: the only area of beach where pets are allowed on the sand is the Dog Beach at Pier Park - approximately 2 miles from the property
