While we feel that our rate schedule already provides our customers with an excellent value for their vacation dollar, occasionally we can offer an exceptionally good deal. Examples of circumstances that create these opportunities are new properties entering the program, low demand during a period that is normally booked solid and last minute cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
